To help ease the strain of the COVID-19 Lockdown, we have upgraded our customers' lines to DOUBLE their usual speed. That's a whole lot of fibre!
We want to ensure our customers have that extra boost while
working, home schooling or just relaxing at home together. From 1 April until 30 June
2020 your line will be double your usual speed at no extra cost to you.
Hereafter your speed will return to your normal billed speed.

If you have not received your upgrade yet, please notify your Internet Service Provider who will need to perform first line checks and if necessary, log a fault ticket with our Technical Support department as per standard procedure.
